Competition Rules


To participate in the “MEGA ANNIVERSARY RAFFLE”, read the following rules and conditions that will command this procedure at all times. The acknowledgement and understanding of them, will imply the consequent acceptance of these requirements and conditions established by the organizer, to be part of this raffle.

VALIDY: From June 1 to November 26, 2023 


DRAW PLACE: Guadiana Express Central Office in Durango

CONTESTANTS: General public, customers from Mexico and USA


  1. Those who purchase a ticket to any of our destinations will be able to participate; Eagle Pass, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Dallas, Mt Pleasant, Texarkana, Little Rock, Matthews, Memphis, San Luis Mo, Aurora Il, Melrose Park, Chicago, Fort Smith, Rogers Springdale, Oklahoma City, Tulsa Ok, Wichita, El Paso, Aurora Co,  Denver, Albuquerque, Tucson, Los Angeles, Bakersfield, Fresno, Modesto, San Jose, Stockton, Sacramento, Phoenix, Merced, Oakland, Delano, Fontana, Pacoima, Goshen, Las Vegas etcetera.
  2. For each bus ticket purchased, the client will be given a participating folio that is going to be placed at an urn located at the Durango´s central office
  3. When purchasing destinations such as any in our Las Vegas route (Kingman, Phoenix, Tucson, Las Cruces, Anthony, El Paso, Las Cruces), Denver route (Aurora, Albuquerque, Vegas NM, Colorado Springs, Pueblo Colorado, Las Cruces, Anthony, El Paso) Los Angeles, Phoenix, your folio will be valid 2 times in the urn (more chances to win)
  4. Courtesy tickets do not enter the raffle 

All participating clients must register their personal data on the official website of Guadiana Express by accessing the following Link: Once the information is submitted, you must wait a period of no more than 15 days, where you will receive an email confirmation indicating that you are already be participating in our MEGA ANNIVERSARY RAFFLE: WIN A CAR WITH GUADIANA EXPRESS. The registration period will be from June 12 to November 26 of the current year. Closing with the last folio assigned on the deadline date. 

It should be noted that the participating folios will be printed and collected in a tombola located at the Guadiana Express central office, which will be exposed to the general public. 

Only participants who meet the indicated requirements may be part of the raffle, and it will be understood that they accept the terms and conditions of the points detailed above.


 First Phase: Buy your ticket with any of our points of sale in Mexico or the USA to any of our destinations. 

Second phase: Enter our official website: where you will enter your data (name, ticket folio, e-mail and phone number) and accept terms and conditions. 

Third phase: Once your information is sent, you must wait a period of no more than 15 days where you will receive a confirmation email notifying that you are already participating with a ticket in the urn located at our Durango Central office.

Executive staff

Our authorities will be present, who will be in charge of delivering the prizes, and in turn verify that the winners have met the fundamental criteria for the raffle.


This raffle process consists of carrying out a random draw for clients from Mexico and the USA. The prizes will be assigned to those who comply with the bases and conditions of the raffle, as well as having been selected in the urn.

During the raffle, the first three coupons will be taken at random as non-winners, from the fourth coupon will be the winner of the 3rd, 2nd and 1st place.


1st Place A car (Dodge Attitude SEMT model 2023, white color). With a value of $260,900.00 (two hundred and sixty thousand nine hundred pesos 00/100 M.N.)

2nd Place A Trip to Cancun with duration of 4 days and 3 nights with all expenses paid for two people, in one of the best hotels in the city or $18,000.00 (eighteen thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.) in cash.

3rd Place 6 tickets to travel with GUADIANA EXPRESS to any of our destinations. (Does not apply in peak season).


1. Under no circumstances will power of attorney be accepted in favor of a third party and/or family member. 

2. In case that the winning ticket is registered in the name of a minor, the prize will be delivered to the guardian, verifying with some official identification and birth certificate of the minor. 

3. The registered data must match the name of the travel ticket, as well as telephone numbers. 

4. Tickets registered on the Official Page after November 26, will not participate in the raffle.

5. Guadiana Express, if applicable, reserves the right to verify the authenticity and inalterability of the pages that are presented to make the incentive effective. 

6. Guadiana Express is not responsible for technical, electronic and/or human errors generated during the validity period of this raffle. Likewise, It is reserved the right to totally or partially modify the bases and conditions of the same, having to publish said changes within the conditions of the promotion on the Official page of Guadiana Express, Facebook page and Instagram 

7. Guadiana Express is NOT responsible for the behavior of the winners, before, during and after the enjoyment of the incentives. 

8. Guadiana Express will NOT be responsible for errors in computer equipment, communication, power supply, telephone lines, neither for technical defects, human errors or actions of third parties that may disturb the normal development of the draw.

9. Participation in the raffle and obtaining the prize will have no additional cost or requirement to be met by the participant, except for what is stated in these conditions.

 10. Participants must avoid defamatory behavior at any time and will be responsible for the acts they incur. 

11. Guadiana Express does NOT reserve the right to justifiably eliminate any user who defrauds, alters or disables the proper functioning and normal and regulatory course of these bases. 

12. The prizes will be delivered in accordance with the provisions of the raffle rules, in case of being awarded the first prize, the use of the vehicle must always be for private use, the vehicle must not be used for public service, including, but not limited to, for the use of taxis, passenger transport and/or any other urban or collective transport and/or for profit and/or commercial purposes.

13. In case of being awarded the third prize, only and exclusively the winner or a family member may travel.

14. To become a creditor of any of the prizes, the winner will have to present a valid official identification and the travel ticket.

15. The name on the travel ticket must match the registered data.

16. In case the winner is outside the city of Durango, Guadiana Express will give a courtesy to travel in our units.


Once the raffle winners have been identified, their name will be published on the official page and on social media, Facebook and Instagram https:// in December 2, 2023. 

It will take place at the address located Blvd. Luis Donaldo Colosio 521 Plaza San Ignacio local 3 and 4 Fraccionamiento Haciendas, Victoria de Durango, Guadiana Express Elite Charter Terminal San Ignacio, 34030 Durango, Dgo, December 2, 2023 at 12: 00 hours. If the winners are not physically present on the day of the draw, they will have a period of 15 days after the established date (December 2, 2023) to claim your prize. The winners must identify themselves through an official document such as Credential, current INE, Military Service Card, Birth Certificate, Visa or Passport and sign a receipt in accordance and they must physically present their travel ticket as well.
